For individuals and small families, no booking is required - you can walk in anytime during our operating hours. Bookings are only recommended for large groups (20+ people), schools, or if you want to reserve a braai stand.
We accept cash, mobile money (MTN, Airtel, Zamtel), and card payments at the gate. For large group bookings, bank transfers are also accepted.
Absolutely! We have trained lifeguards at all pools, secure fencing, and 24-hour security. All animal encounters are supervised by experienced handlers.
Yes! We have braai stands available for families who want to bring their own meat and have a picnic. Our restaurant is also open for those who prefer to purchase meals.
